Red Hen Chinchorro pop-ups are small outdoor gatherings centered around delicious food in a unique setting. Each prix fixe five-course meal is inspired by the flavors and culture of the Chinchorros, Paladares and Fondas of Puerto Rico, Cuba and the Yucatan Peninsula.
